Posh Spice Tops Blackwell's 'Worst-Dressed' List

Posh Spice, aka Victoria Beckham, has won the dishonor of being named the top of fashion designer Mr. Blackwell's annual Worst-Dressed list. Mr. Blackwell criticizes the wife of soccer star David Beckham for wearing one "skinny-mini monstrosity after another." Singer Amy Winehouse ranked second on the list for her "exploding beehives" and "tacky polka-dots."
Actress Mary Kate Olsen is third. Blackwell described her as a "tattered toothpick trapped in a hurricane."Singer Fergie is No. 4, followed by former "American Idol" champ Kelly Clarkson, James Bond actress Eva Green, singers Avril Lavigne and Jessica Simpson, actress Lindsay Lohan and former "Little House on the Prairie" child star Alison Arngrim. Embattled pop singer Britney Spears has made the list in the past, but Mr. Blackwell said he gave her a break this year. "I felt that it was inappropriate at this time to make comment, when her personal life is in such upheaval," said Blackwell. "I hope 2008 is a better year for her."
